A full body workout for everyone! Functional Training – push and pull movements for upper body, lower body and abs – combination of strength and cardio – one stop shop for all! A red power band, 1-2Kg weights (or equivalent), a chair/bench and a green mini band would be useful for this session, however not essential. Band packs can be purchased from Bodysmart and shipped to your home.
