Tessa completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in New Zealand and has spent the last 5 years living in the U.K, working in some of the leading clinics in London treating a variety of people, from high performing athletes to weekend warriors and office workers.
Her treatment approach is to look at the whole-body complex and then provide a combination of manual therapy complimented with exercise and Pilates to work with the patient to create a long-term cure for their injury and to work towards their individual goals.
