Rachel Snow (Level 2)

Physiotherapist

Rachel is a West Australian born Physio who completed her Physiotherapy studies at Curtin University, which is a world renowned Physiotherapy University.  This extensive course provided her a diverse range of Physiotherapy skills and extensive knowledge on the latest and best management of musculoskeletal conditions. Rachel uses a truly “holistic” treatment approach to understanding what the cause of the problem is, allowing her to implement effective long term strategies to improve pain and enhance performance.

Rachel is highly confident in the treatment of neck pain, headaches, lower back pain, sporting injuries and in post operative rehabilitation. Rachel has a strong interest in rehabilitation, both in the gym and through Reformer Pilates inspired exercise.

  • Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy, Curtin University
  • Polestar Pilates Trained in Professional Pilates. Comprehensive Studio and Rehabilitation
  • Extensive inhouse Clinical and Group Pilates training under Bodysmart lead Pilates mentors
  • Functional Strength Training (KLT)
  • Extensive inhouse Ergonomic Assessment training under Bodysmart lead Occupational Physiotherapy mentors

Personal Interests and Achievements

Rachel practices what she preaches by performing Pilates training extensively in her own time. Rachel is an avid runner and cyclist.  In her down time she enjoys relaxing at the beach on the weekends and socialising with friends.
