  • Yoga sessions can be provided at almost any time during the day. Our lunchtime Yoga classes are our most popular sessions!
  • We will require a spacious room to provide services (such as a conference room).
  • A maximum of 25 people can attend each yoga session (also dependant on room size). 
  • All sessions can be booked and paid for online using our convenient online booking system. 
  • Bodysmart uses only qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Yoga instructors.

How to arrange Yoga at your workplace:

  • Contact a Bodysmart Consultant on 1300 727 439 for an information package for your workplace.
  • Discuss payment options with our consultants, including employee funded, employer funded or subsidised yoga sessions.
  • To gauge interest level at your workplace, you may find it useful to download the "Expression of Interest Poster" and ask your staff members to sign it.
