Yoga sessions can be provided at almost any time during the day. Our lunchtime Yoga classes are our most popular sessions!
We will require a spacious room to provide services (such as a conference room).
A maximum of 25 people can attend each yoga session (also dependant on room size).
All sessions can be booked and paid for online using our convenient online booking system.
Bodysmart uses only qualified, experienced and enthusiastic Yoga instructors.
