Tai Chi

Bodysmart’s TAI CHI classes are designed to help participants to develop breathing, meditation and other techniques to better manage stressful situations, focus their minds and think clearly.


Through a series of gentle flowing TAI CHI movements, participants learn techniques to correct breathing, focus the mind and body and relax tension.

Exercises are done in a standing and sitting position, with no need to change clothes.  They can be practiced by people of all ages and fitness levels, and can be tailored to suit individual needs therefore allowing the program to be delivered easily at most workplaces. Staff will return to work feeling refreshed and refocused.

 

Through these effective techniques, staff will be able to think more clearly, function at their optimum level translating to better productivity and health.
