First Time Users—Register for Online Booking · Go to www.bodysmart.com.au select [Book an Appointment] · Find your company’s name and click on the link · Find “Don’t have a password yet” select [Get one], and enter your company’s password · Register by entering your details and selecting a personalised password · Write down your password and log back into the system Don’t know what your password is? · Your company login should be listed on any emails recently sent to you by Bodysmart or on flyers or posters advertising Bodysmart’s Therapy or Massage Services in your workplace. These are usually displayed in lunch rooms, common rooms or on pin up boards. · If you still can’t locate your company password ask your key contact person or supervisor in your workplace, or contact Bodysmart directly via email on info@bodysmart.com.au to request a copy of the password. Step 1: Login—After registering for online booking, log in with your personalised password Step 2: Choose Desired Service: · Select the desired month · Select the desired service at on convenient location and date · Find an available time slot and select the service you would like: If it is your first time seeing a Body Smart Therapist (for therapy or massage) select an [Initial] appointment. · Select an available therapist and click [book] Step 3: Confirm Booking and Payment Method: · If your are registered to make appointments for colleagues you may select their name from the [Making an appointment for] prompt · Pick method of payment: - Secure internet payment – Payment via secure online facilities - Pay on the day— EFTPOS or Credit Card payments accepted only · An email will be automatically sent to you to confirming your booking Receipting: · If you pay online you will receive a tax invoice for the amount. This may take up to 2 days for processing. This is NOT your official receipt for your private health fund. · After you have attended the session you will receive your official receipt that may be used to claim benefits from your private health fund. Cancelling an Appointment: · You may cancel your own bookings by clicking on the cancel button on the appropriate timeslot. · If you are registered to book for colleagues, you will be able to cancel any appointment timeslot—however due to privacy the names of colleagues will not be shown on the schedule, please ensure that you cancel the correct timeslot. · Body Smart requires 4 hours notice for any booking cancellations. If you cannot find a replacement for your scheduled appointment you may not be refunded for your session. · If you cancel your appointment with adequate notice (more than 4 hours before the massage) your account will be credited. Booking for a colleague? To book for a colleague your membership must be upgraded. Simply send an email message titled “Request to book for colleagues, [YOUR NAME]” to info@bodysmart.com.au.
Booking an appointment:
- Payment on account – Used only when your company is paying for 100% of your treatment. This should be negotiated prior to booking appointment.
