Poorly designed work environments have been linked to "cumulative" injuries and symptoms such as neck pain, headaches, chronic lower back pain and RSI. Ergonomic assessments reduce aches and pain and will assist in the prevention of long term damage to your body.
This Ergosmart Online Assessment has been designed by senior Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists from Bodysmart Health Solutions. The assessment will provide Bodysmart therapists with more information about the users' workstation design and assist users to make changes to their workplaces that will help them work more comfortably while reducing risk of injury and cumulative disorders. The assessment takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete.

At the completion of the assessment the user will need to email some photos to Bodysmart. One of Bodysmart’s experienced Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists will look through the online survey and emailed photos and provide feedback as well as recommendations.
